Rainier is looking for an outgoing and adventurous teammate to join our Graphics Install Team! Our Graphic Install Team travels around the greater Puget Sound area, as well as around the U.S to provide support to our ever-growing customer base. The ability to think on your feet and problem solve quickly while maintaining a professional demeanor is essential for this position. Punctuality is also key, it is not expected it is required.

The following are necessary skills and specific tasks which shall be completed with a high level of proficiency:

  • Follow the instructions provided by your assigned lead for each job.
  • Assist lead and other installers in the installation of various graphics, etc. to specification.
  • Work closely with management and technical departments to properly plan install.
  • Work within targeted budget hours specific to each job.
  • Keep accurate time records by clocking into jobs in ERP.
  • Adhere to company policy regarding vehicle maintenance, documentation, tool security and customer service.
  • Accountable for understanding and adhering to a base plan of execution.
  • If an install does not work by the designated plan, you are to work with your lead to find a way to get the job done.
  • Report to work on time each day, load your van and report to customer site by scheduled appointment time.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times to our customers, both internal and external.
  • Keep company vehicles you work in clean and organized as well as the jobsite you are working at and gather all tools and unused material from jobsites.
  • Success in this position requires you to be flexible and willing to work additional hours when necessary.
  • Support Rainier's Quality and Environmental policies.
  • Support the Rainier Safety Initiative.
  • Remain flexible to other tasks assigned by your Supervisor or Manager.
  • This position requires the applicant to have a WA State Driver's License, a safe driving record (that meets the requirements of our Insurance Provider) and auto insurance. If selected for the position you will be asked to provide a 5 year driving abstract for employment.
